ABOUT ARTURO PADILLA
BIOGRAPHY
Arturo Padilla was Born in Juchipila, a small town in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico, where he grew up among horses, cowboys, ranchers, and beautiful landscapes. He started painting at the young age of 10 years old inspired by his surroundings and the images of his childhood home. Padilla moved to Los Angeles at the age 17, where he continued to hone his artistic skills by painting alongside a group of renowned artists, including Lalo Garcia and Frank Martinez. Padilla’s paintings capture the beauty of the Wild West, and explore cowboys, ranchers, and Native American themes. His mentorship with Mark Maggiori has allowed him to continue expanding his innate talent and sense of realism in his paintings of the contemporary western world and its landscapes.
